After a very sleepless night due to being disturbed by horrendous banging, knocking, scratching and scraping that sounded to be coming from my bedroom wall cavity, I contacted Crest.
Mark came out within a matter of 4 hours and quickly found the culprit – a rat in my loft!
Mark has removed the rat and sealed up any holes that it could have entered through, and all done for a very fair price, too.
Such fantastic service – a really friendly, professional guy, and the bonus is he’s an animal lover, so wherever possible the ‘pests’ are released humanely somewhere away from houses.

Wasp nest in air brick at back of house. Dave responded to my SOS call and true to his word came early the following day. All done and dusted in 5 minutes, no fuss no mess. I would definitely recommend Crest Pest Control.
I would highly recommend. Positive outcome from a Professional Company. Mark came round the same day as our call about a rat problem. He spent a long time assessing our findings and did a methodical survey of our premises and surrounding gardens. Sometimes it takes someone with experience in the pest control business to find the hidden access points and this time, a no trap solution. Thank you very much.

Can not recommend this company enough after noticing wasp’s flying in and out near our guttering , I phoned crest pest control and within the hour they came and sprayed the wasp nest . Great service , would definitely use them again

We had a wasp nest under the roof just right outside the bedroom window. Mark came round the very next day and it was sorted in an hour after he assessed the situation. Very friendly bloke with a professional manner.
We’ve called Mark out twice – for a wasps’ nest then a bees’ nest. The wasp problem was sorted on the same day, while the bees on inspection were bumblebees so we left them be. Mark was very reassuring both times. Fab guy and a pleasure to deal with.
This guy is brilliant. After having two failed attempts with other Pest Control firms, Mark succeeded in sorting out a rodent issue in the attic. He was very professional, timely, knowledgeable, and thorough in his assessment and close out of the problem and in doing so is also a very personable individual. He should be the first guy anyone calls if they have any pest issues.
